MARS(Management Accounting Report System)

MARS is a powerful tool for data visualization and analysis of project profitability.

Our proprietary system, MARS (Management Accounting Report System), offers robust support to cash flow management improvement and management strategy for businesses undertaking non-manufacturing contracted services. These assume businesses who provide people knowledge-based activities as opposed to product supplied from a manufacturing source. For example, this concept would apply to system development; planning, design and production of printed matter; interior work, and so on.

In comparison to manufacturing industries that fabricate raw materials, those areas where personnel and outsourcing consume the majority of costs, systemization has been delayed.
For this reason, it is common for these businesses to use Excel to manage profitability by aggregating contracted service sales and costs. Excel is a general tool that can be used by anyone, however it is not suitable for multiple book consolidation or use of one book by more than one person.

MARS assumes a wide range of usage from singular project unit use to information sharing across the enterprise. By utilizing this system, not only can more efficient management accounting be realized, but also “visualization” of the business can be furthered, as well as the realization of “business development” and “stable Plan-based management”.

This system defines each unit whereby accounts are managed as a singular "project".

System Usage Formats
The software is offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), deployed on the cloud with high security. We are able to offer single-tenant and multiple-tenant versions to meet user needs.

【Single-tenant】
Configured with separate instances. Highly independent and flexible, additional functions can be created depending on customer needs.

【Multi-tenant】
Instances are not separated. Separation is ensured by company code etc.

【For group companies】
Group companies can prepare one instance in a group, and with company codes, each company can secure separate environments.
